Cắt bánh mì thành các khối nhỏ. Phun ít dầu ăn lên khuôn nướng. Mở trước lò nướng ở 170 độ C.

Trong 1 tô lớn, đánh đều trứng với sữa, siro, đường nâu, vani, quế và muối. Sau đó trộn đều với bánh mì đã cắt.

Cho hỗn hợp bánh mì vào khuôn sao cho ngập 8/10 mỗi khuôn bánh. Phần còn lại thì cắt khoanh chuối mỏng rồi xếp kín lên trên. Đem nướng 15-18 phút là được.

Bánh chín thơm, có vị béo ngọt và hài hòa giữa các nguyên liệu.
