Cà chua và khế bạn mua về rửa thật sạch. Sau đó cắt khúc 150gr khế, 160gr cà chua thành hình múi cau.

Múc canh nghêu còn nóng ra thố, nhanh tay thêm rau thì là khi canh còn nóng, thêm vào vài lát ớt là có thể thưởng thức. Canh nghêu với vị chua của khế, ngọt tự nhiên của nghêu, mùi thơm của rau thì là chắc chắn sẽ giúp bạn có bữa ăn ngon miệng với gia đình mình, ăn với cơm hoặc với bún đều ngon.
